CUP WINNER ... Yaya Toure
Yaya Toure, Manchester City and Ivory Coast
YAYA TOURE has been one of the stand-out players for Roberto Mancini's table-topping Manchester City this year.
The former Barcelona midfielder wrote himself into City folklore in April this year with a man of the match display against Manchster United in the FA Cup semi-final, scoring the winner in a 1-0 win.
He also went on to score the only goal in the final as City won their first major trophy for 35 years.
Toure has shone again this term, heading the winner in City's 3-2 win at QPR at the weekend and bagging two goals in the 3-0 Champions League at Villarreal.
The 28-year-old continues to be a vital player in the Ivory Coast midfield and the Elephants will be looking for Toure to guide them to African Cup of Nations glory next year.
