BARCELONA have reportedly drawn up a list of potential replacements for club captain Andres Iniesta.

Iniesta is yet to sign a new contract at Barcelona with his salary representing a tough obstacle to overcome.

The Spain international has spent his entire career at Catalonia but his future beyond the current campaign is in doubt.

His contract expires next summer and, with terms yet to be agreed, Barcelona are looking at replacements.

And Spanish outlet Don Balon claim Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho is on their wishlist for the summer.

The Brazil international has struggled for form since returning from an ankle injury sustained against Sunderland in November.

Barcelona are interested in signing him and they could use his close relationship with Neymar to convince him to leave Anfield.

However, he could cost a big fee having penned a five-year contract extension last month.

Also on Barcelona's list of Iniesta replacements is Real Madrid midfielder Isco.

The Spain international has endured a difficult campaign under Zinedine Zidane with Arsenal linked with a move.

But the Catalan giants are also monitoring ongoings and could secure a cut-price deal in the summer.

Isco's contract expires next summer and he looks set to move on to pastures new at the end of the current campaign.
