7M Transfer Rumors Round-up: Serie A

The winter transfer window was shut not long ago. But any football fan would know that those behind-the-scene actions will never be in short supply, and people fixate on it. So we list some Serie A related transfer rumors, which are plausible according to some sources.
First up is a coach, not a player. Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has been linked with a job in Arsenal.
The incumbent manager Arsene Wenger just saw his side got hammered 5-1 by Bayern Munich in Champions League. There are many fans aren't happy about the Gunners' stagnant progress. Moreover, some of them even urge the departure of the Frenchman.
As the Mirror confirm, the former AC Milan coach has the most likelihood to succeed Wenger. However, the 49-year-old has been coy about the prospect of moving to the Etihad stadium. After the Bianconeri's latest win over Palermo in Serie A, Allegri said: "They say I'll go to Arsenal? You all say that, I just listen."
Perhaps we cannot get a straight answer from each party soon, but the title-winning ability of Allegri is surely what North Londoners have been craving for. After all, FA Cup trophy is not so heavy when Premier League or Champion League trophy is in the discussion.
Sino-Europe Sports are expected to finalize the takeover of AC Milan next month, so that has led to speculation linking them with big signings this summer.
Incoming CEO Marco Fassone and director of sport Massimo Mirabelli attended Monchengladbach's clash with Fiorentina in the Europa League on Thursday night to observe on Mahmoud Dahoud.
The 21-year-old is a highly-rated new star and attracting interest from many Europe clubs. This Syrian-born German is a box-to-box midfielder who rarely stops moving. Furthermore, when moving into the attacking third, Dahoud has swiftly developed his game creatively. As an effective dribbler, Dahoud's passing range is wide, allowing him to command play from his role.
In Vincenzo Montella's young squad, another talented youngster cannot be a damage whatsoever. But the club will meet some serious challenge for Dahoud's signature.
Three Italian clubs are lining up moves for Chelsea target Keita Balde Diao.
Keita has been lauded as a star of the future after hitting seven goals in 19 Serie A appearances so far this term and a big-money move could be on the way at the end of the season. According to Il Tempo, three clubs already explored the possibility of signing him.
Reigning champions Juventus are said to be leading the charge for the 21-year-old, but both Inter and AC want to take him to Milan. On the other hand, Calcio Mercato said Lazio owner Claudio Lotito is confident about keeping the Senegalese at the Biancocelesti.
That means Chelsea will have to hope that the attacker likes a stint at English football instead of choosing another Italian club this summer.
