Even in a slow year, Gisele Bundchen is still the world's most well-paid model, but regardless of what she’s making for a living, she remains one of the most desirable women in the world. The world’s top-earning model between 2009 and 2010, Bundchen has been named the fourth-most-powerful person in the fashion world by the New York Daily News, the biggest star in fashion history by The Independent, and the top model icon of all-time by Models.com. Both Claudia Schiffer and Naomi Campbell describe Bundchen as the last true supermodel. After marrying NFL star Tom Brady in 2009 and giving birth to their son Benjamin later that year, Gisele Bundchen didn’t go unnoticed in 2010. Besides making a hefty $1.5 million donation to Haiti relief efforts, she made a year-end splash by returning to her familiar position as an Angel at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and gracing the cover of Vogue Italia in December. Her native Brazilians and the rest of us can see more of her at the 2011 Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
