Young fan is overcome with emotion at receiving Lionel Messi's autograph

Barcelona posted a video that shows just how much football can mean to a young boy, where a young Newell's Old Boys fan burst into floods of tears as Lionel Messi autographed his club shirt.

Several supporters waited for the Argentine with hopes of having him sign something for them or to pose for a picture, and the young fan's dream came true and Messi acknowledged his emotion, rubbing his head affectionately as he passed before turning back to take a photo.

"Goosebumps, when you are overcome with emotion seeing your idol," wrote Barcelona on Twitter alongside the video.
