ALEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN met up with James Corden outside the CBS studio while stepping up his rehab in Hollywood.

The injured Liverpool star is expected to miss the entire season with knee ligament damage.

And during a trip to Los Angeles to work on his KO, he stopped by the CBS studio for a chat with the British comedian, who hosts The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Oxlade-Chamberlain, who turned 25 last week, can be seen walking through Tinseltown with who appears to be a Liverpool physio, before climbing into a mustard Mercedes Wagon.

The Reds' England ace spent the morning at Equinox West Hollywood Gym before finding a bar to watch his side's 2-0 win at Crystal Palace.

In a video shared on Ox's Instagram, he can be heard cheering on James Milner moments before the midfielder's converted penalty.

Relaxation has been key for the ex-Arsenal ace while he recovers from the devastating injury he picked up against Roma in last season's Champions League semi-final.

Snaps shared on Ox's social media accounts show he had been taking it easy with Little Mix girlfriend Perrie Edwards on holiday in Mykonos before his trip to LA.

Though it has not all been smooth sailing, with some pictures showing the gruelling physio sessions he has been going through to recover to full fitness.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said last month: "It feels like now is an appropriate time to tell people that for Ox this coming season will be about focusing on recovery and rehab.

"We have known this from pretty much the day after he got the injury and after the successful surgery, we were sure of it. I hope everyone treats this information responsibly.

"There has been no change, no setback – it's exactly on the schedule we expected and planned for. The new information is that we're now giving more detail publicly.

"It is typical of Ox that he didn't want the news to overshadow the end of the season and, to be quite honest, we thought we could wait and tell people at an appropriate time.

"His surgery, which he had on the day of our second leg in Rome, has been completely successful and his recovery has started superbly well.

"But the truth of the matter is that we are preparing this season knowing he will not be with us on the pitch for competitive matches for the majority of it. If we do see him back this season it will be a bonus."
