Ex-Barcelona chief Ingla: Friction between Messi and Ibrahimovic
Posted Monday, February 13, 2017 by Marca.com
Former Barcelona chief Marc Ingla has spoken of Zlatan Ibrahimovic problems at the club.
The Manchester United striker lasted just one season at Barca under Pep Guardiola.
Ingla told Telefoot: "Why did he not get on there?
"He's a beast, a machine. But he was next to another machine, a smaller one [laughs]. He was too static and Messi perhaps needed more space. Zlatan occupied too much.
"There was a little friction, I think."
