Gerard Pique's girlfriend Shakira took newborn son Sasha to Barca's win v Valencia

FC Barcelona fans met one of their newest diehard supporters on Saturday during a 2-0 home win over Valencia at the Camp Nou.

A couple of months ago, Barcelona defender Gerard Pique and his Colombian popstar girlfriend Shakira received a second son.

Named Sasha, the child is the second son to the high profile couple after older brother, 2-year-old, Milan.

Shakira has revealed on her website that "the name Sasha is of Greek and Russian descent and means 'defender of mankind' and 'warrior'".

On Saturday, baby Sasha was present to watch his dad's side collect three points in their quest for the Spanish title, and a series of super sweet photos of mother and son came out online.

Shakira was at the match with Gerard Pique's mum too.

Barcelona return to action on Tuesday night against PSG in the Champions League.
