  • Featherweight world champion Leo Santa Cruz and Carl Frampton stepped on the scales Friday, 29 July, to weigh in ahead of their Saturday bout at Barclays Center.

    "The same thing as I always do you know I come to entertain the fans I come to fight for the fans to give them a great fight Saturday night is not gonna be an exception I'm gonna go out there give a great fight so the fans could go home happy,"

    "I'm a natural featherweight I grew up super bantam, a year and a half ago I was making it because of the champion I was killing myself to do the weight this is the easiest I've made the weight in five, six years this is the best I've ever felt and I'm coming home with a title."
