"Yes, I'm made up (pleased) with my consistency on the board. I didn't get one no jump and it's a seasons best. My lowest jump was 30 centimetres past my seasons best so I'm so happy with that."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Great Britain (on winning the long jump):
"Yes, it's been a busy meeting two days for me. It's given me so much confidence going into Rio. You know, Rio is not two events, it's seven so i've still got a lot of work to do at home."
SOUNDBITE: (English) CJ Ujah, Great Britain (on the victory by Great Britain's A team in the 4x100 metres relay with a world leading time):
"Yeah, it was crazy, it was amazing. We knew we could come close to the British record, it's a shame we just missed it by 3/100ths but a solid run, a solid performance from the lads."
SOUNDBITE: (English) CJ Ujah, Great Britain (on the victory by Great Britain's A team in the 4x100 metres relay with a world leading time):
"Yes, there's definitely competition. I mean, I felt a bit tired on the home straight and they were chasing us so, I mean, when there's more Jamaicans and Americans we'll step it up again."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Aries Merritt, United States (on going out in the heats of the 110m hurdles):
"I feel okay.I hurt my knee in warm up today so my performance isn't as good as it should have been. But I'm happy to be back competing
SOUNDBITE: (English) Aries Merritt, United States (on recovering from a kidney transplant in 2015):
Health-wise, I'm doing great., I'm doing great health-wise. Nothing's wrong with me anymore so I'm jjust lacking a few - by a few I mean about five month's training - but it's okay.
SOUNDBITE: (English) Matthew Hudson-Smith, Great Britain (on winning the 400 metres):
A win's a win.I felt a bit flat. I was feeling better in the warm-up area and when I got out I didn't execute to the first 150m but I finished stronger. That's all I can do, really."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Kerron Clement, United States (on winning the 400m hurdles):
"Of course, every time I run I'm progressing, I'm really excited. A season's best here is great but I'm doing it for another one in Rio."
SOUNDBITE:(English) Dimitri Bascou, France (on winning the 110m hurdles):
"Yes., yes, that was a very good race. Technically, because after two false starts (you had to) keep focus and carry momentum before the start. It was very, very dificult.
It was really big work in my mind so I'm satisfied to keep this performance today before my last competition before Rio. In difficulty I learn something more for experience."
