Pakistan bowler Wahab Riaz assess their chances as he looks ahead to first Test between Pakistan and England at Lord's on Tuesday.
SOUNDBITE: (English) Wahab Riaz, Pakistan bowler:
"What has happened before has gone. It was six years ago and Pakistan have made their name in Test cricket. From the last four years we have had a Test ranking of two, three, four. Under the captaincy of Misbah (Misbah ul-Haq) this team is much more united. We have seen the hard time of Pakistan cricket. It's easy to see and easy to talk about but we have worked hard after what happened. We have managed to make people all over the world believe that Pakistan is a good Test team. The belief will come - it depends how much crowd will come and want to see the Test matches. If it is a full house that means they do believe in the Pakistan team. Pakistan are a strong team and can always give you a tough time."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Wahab Riaz, Pakistan bowler:
"I have said before that everyone is supporting Mohammad Amir. No one is reluctant. Everyone is taking him as a young brother. He is a part of our family and everyone is supporting him and we are all behind him."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Wahab Riaz, Pakistan bowler:
"England is a good team in their own home conditions. We know that. They have lost a few places in the middle order which always puts the pressure of the England side. It's not going to be that experienced when we have played before with them. So, it will be a struggle for the England team we think and we need to make sure we get Cook and Root out early so we can put the pressure on the middle order. Obviously good plays can perform on their day or sometimes they don't so it depends on how it goes."
