More than 14,000 people attended Thursday's (9th June) Jenazah prayer service for the late boxing legend Muhammad Ali.
SOUNDBITE (English) Don King, Muhammad Ali's former promoter:
"To a young man that came from this town, who won a gold medal and when he came back home got discriminated against and he felt so distraught, he threw the gold medal in the water and forgot about it. But he committed himself to make a difference. And now look - the same town, just few years later, you know what I mean - and everybody is coming together from all walks of life. Isn't that marvellous?"
SOUNDBITE (English) Don King, Muhammad Ali's former promoter:
"Ali stood forthright -- clear stance -- as a man. That's what it's really all about. M-A-N, man. And he made his testimony and he stood by at the hype of his career, where it would have been -- he was four years in exile, so no one can really say how great Muhammad Ali would've been if he had been able to fight those four years in addition to actually getting exonerated by the Supreme Court of the United States and then go out and accomplish all these things and go back and get the 'Rumble in the Jungle' and the 'Thriller in Manila'. And at the same time, standing steadfast in what is right, not might. What is right."
