South Africa trained on Thursday (11th February) at the Wanderers ahead of their fourth one-day international against England, a match they must win if they are to have any chance of taking the series.

"Like you said, we have got a good record here - not only in pink but a good ODI record here at the Wanderers so we'll be looking to start from scratch again tomorrow and build those bases on what got us to those big totals and winning those games. It's all a process, it doesn't happen in one over or two overs, it happens over 50. Yah, the guys will be looking to do that and hopefully we can keep up our record and put a bit more pressure on the series which I think is building more on them than it is on us at the moment."

"One, it's a very good pitch. The pace is usually quite consistent here. As we've seen today, there's a short side to the playing area so we're going to have to manage that, not only from a bowling side but from a batting side also with your left-hand, right-hand and that. But, yah, also altitude - the ball travels a lot further here so there's a few things to take into consideration."
