Pedro Rodriguez has insisted that the team spirit at Chelsea is good this season despite their recent dip in form.
The Blues returned to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon when they came from behind to secure a thrilling 4-2 victory over Watford at Stamford Bridge.
Pedro opened the scoring with a sublime long-range effort, before Michy Batshuayi and Cesar Azpilicueta netted in the second half to wrap up victory for Antonio Conte's men.
Chelsea had lost their last two games in the Premier League heading into Saturday's clash to leave them nine points behind leaders Manchester City in the table.
Pedro admits that it has been a difficult few weeks for the west London side, but he is confident that the Blues will bounce back in the coming days.
Speaking to Chelsea's website after Saturday's victory, Pedro said: "The team is feeling good, we are confident and we want to continue in this way, taking it game by game, but we know it is very difficult.
"Now we will relax for one day and then continue to work hard and try to win games.
"Last season was very good for us and this season is different, but we will try to continue in this way, winning our games."
Chelsea, who signed six players in the summer transfer window, return to Premier League action next weekend with a trip to face Bournemouth on Saturday evening.
The west London side won the title last season but look as if they will face an uphill struggle in catching runaway leaders Manchester City this time around.
