Manchester United loanee Hamilton could start for Southend against Peterborough

New loan signing Ethan Hamilton is expected to make his home debut for Southend against Peterborough on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old midfielder joined from Manchester United on Friday and came on for the second half of the Shrimpers’ 4-0 weekend defeat at Lincoln.
Brandon Goodship could also play a part against Posh after he was named on the bench on Saturday following a hip injury.
Despite having returned to training Jason Demetriou remains a doubt with a knee problem.
Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson has no new injury problems to contend with ahead of the trip south.
Serhat Tasdemir could be pushing for a start after coming on as a substitute during Saturday’s draw with Ipswich.
The Azerbaijan Under-19 midfielder had pulled a calf muscle on his debut against Oxford in the game before and was withdrawn early.
Harrison Burrows, a 17-year-old midfielder, could secure more playing time after making his senior debut off the bench against Oxford in the Carabao Cup.
