Defensive problems mount for Lions

Millwall boss Neil Harris has several defensive concerns for the visit of Sky Bet Championship leaders Norwich.

Murray Wallace was forced off early in the first half of the midweek defeat at Hull with knee and ankle problems.

Mahlon Romeo has been laid low by illness, while Conor McLaughlin (quad muscle) and Tom Bradshaw (knee) remain sidelined.

James Meredith, though, could be in contention again following a month out with a calf problem to boost the Lions’ relegation fight.

Norwich head coach Daniel Farke may resist making major changes to his side, who go in search of a third straight Championship win.

Scotland midfielder Kenny McLean scored twice in last weekend’s 3-2 home victory over Bristol City, but Mario Vrancic and Moritz Leitner are both in contention again after recovering from injury.

Midfielder Alex Tettey remains sidelined by his own ankle problem.

Forward Carlton Morris (ankle) and midfielder Louis Thompson (knee) continue their rehabilitation.
