Manchester City won the Premier League title with a record points total of 100 and Pep Guardiola was the mastermind behind the success, but the Catalan coach didn't always have all of the answers.
He has revealed that on occasion he had to bluff his way through questions from his players, believing it was important to give the impression that he knew everything.
"I'm going to tell you something that is absolutely true, I don't have all the answers," he explained during the 'All or Nothing' documentary which is about to be released, as revealed by The Sun.
"Often when I don't know something I act in front of the players as if I do.
"I do it so that they believe I have the answers and that gives them the confidence to play."
He also revealed that he talks to the players about non-football-related issues too.
"Sometimes they ask you things about life and then you must adopt the role of a father, brother or son," the former Barcelona boss stated.
"I try to give them the best advice that you would hope to receive in your own life."
The documentary series is released on Amazon Prime this coming weekend.
