Real Madrid eyeing Meunier as Danilo replacement

Real Madrid could set their sights on Paris Saint-Germain right-back Thomas Meunier if Danilo decides to move to Chelsea.
Antonio Conte is keen to bring the Brazilian to London, given that the defender has struggled to cement a place in the starting line-up at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu ahead of the impressive Dani Carvajal.
With the departure of the former Porto defender becoming increasingly more likely, Zinedine Zidane will be working to fill his space, with the 25-year-old Belgian an ample replacement for the job of backing up Carvajal.
The PSG man scored against Barcelona in the Champions League last season, while offering up various other solid performances, prompting the Frenchman to believe the full-back can be the Belgian version of his trusty Spanish right-back.
Providing Danilo completes his switch to England, and with Dani Alves securing his move to Paris, Los Blancos will surely be able to prize the former Club Brugge man away from Ligue 1.
