Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea still harbours ambitions of moving to Real Madrid.
However, Spanish pundit Pipi Estrada has revealed De Gea has been informed that any move is unlikely to happen this summer.
Estrada says the Spaniard sought an update - via agent Jorge Mendes - from Real this week.
He told El Chiringuito: "Jorge Mendes has asked (Real GM) José Ángel Sánchez for De Gea and Sanchez has asked to be patient because the decision is not yet taken."
"This year there is a lot of happiness because it has won the double, which had not been won for a long time, but next year they have to win again and if there is not a win there will be a problem."
