Real Madrid won't give in to Cristiano Ronaldo's blackmail

If Cristiano Ronaldo is to force a move out of Real Madrid, he will have to be direct and honest with the LaLiga giants' hierarchy.
With the winger at the Confederations Cup following the club's most successful and proud end to a season for 59 years, there is much frustration that this very sudden saga is being played out in the media.
Real president Florentino Perez has made clear to Ronaldo that he will not hold the player against his will, but neither will he put one man before the team and club.
That means that Los Blancos will be in charge of the terms of Ronaldo's departure, in terms of the fee and departure date, with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain set to be pushed as close to 200 million euros as possible if they seek a deal.
Thus Madrid are clear that blackmail will not win out when it comes to this soap opera, which they feel has wounded the club unfairly.
In fact, Real's chiefs remember how this is not the first time Ronaldo has caused them distress; the forward's tantrums amid the arrival of Gareth Bale was deemed another unnecessary moment in an otherwise joyful union between the world's top team and player.
