Ronaldo dyes his hair gold for Ballon d'Or

On Friday during Real Madrid's training session at Valdebebas, Cristiano Ronaldo appeared with part of his hair dyed gold - just three days before the Ballon d'Or is announced.

It had been speculated that any photos of the winner - assumed to be the Portuguese - would be taken on Thursday, and that being the case, it would fall in line with why Ronaldo was sporting the new image.

France Football magazine officially announces the winner on Monday with the magazine itself going on sale on Tuesday.

Real have a game on Saturday and travel to Japan for the Club World Cup on Sunday, leaving no room for the photos beyond either Thursday or Friday.
