David Luiz’s Mum savages Sergio Aguero after his sending off

You know you've had a bad day in the office when someone's Mum has a dig.

But Sergio Aguero's Saturday went from bad to worse following his red card in Manchester City's match against Chelsea, after David Luiz's Mum had a pop at the striker on Instagram.

Aguero was shown a straight red late on in City's 3-1 loss against the Blues after a horrific challenge on Luiz, and he rightfully received zero sympathy from the Brazilian's mother, who took to social media to have a go at the City star.

The caption translates loosely as: "I can't understand the scared face because of the red! Poor thing did not do anything!"

Nothing like someone's Mum bringing you down a notch or two on a Sunday morning.

Aguero faces a four-match ban after his horror challenge on Luiz, after already being banned for three games this season for an elbow on Winston Reid.
