Noise complaint lodged against a parrot for singing the Barcelona anthem

In the city of Cadiz, a resident has complained that their neighbour's parrot continues to sign the Barcelona hymn, with the noise reaching unbearable levels.

The pet's owner, Maximiliano Llorente, was surprised by the noise complaint in relation to his parrot.

"If it were a wild parrot, well maybe yes [the complaint would make sense] but that is not the case; this is not like a weapon scandal," Llorente stated.

The parrot is taken to the balcony to get its dailyair and that is where the noise is most prominent, but it comes as a surprise as Llorente is a Real Madrid fan.
