Man City fall victim to a Pigeon invasion

Manchester City had a few unusual visitors at training today – well more than a few actually. The Premier League giants training ground was invaded by pigeons.

The City social media team took a picture of the scenes at training today and shared it with their followers accompanied by a rather clever – or cringeworthy – pun 'Pidge-invasion'.

It was literally a pigeon pitch invasion in a scene that looks like a modern remake of Alfred Hitchcock's masterpiece 'Birds'.
