Gangs of Moscow maniacs were sent packing when their side were booted out of the tournament by Wales.

But the ousted thugs have not taken their defeat well, posting chilling warnings on social media to Brits planning to travel to the federation in 2018.

The group stages of Euro 2016 have been characterised by the Ruski’s campaign of violence as the trained and drugged-up gangs launched planned attacks using guerrilla-style tactics.

One fan, with a profile picture emblazoned with the flag of the Russian empire, posted a comment on a video of Ultras beating up English fans in Marseille saying: “I see dead Brits Russia 2018”.

Another warned Brit fans “If England fight us at the World Cup they are never coming back home”, and one added "English cowards, welcome to Russia”.

One other wrote “cowardly English c****, we will be waiting for you in 2018” while another added “in Russia you will meet a big army, so the only thing you can do to get back home in one piece is to behave yourselves. Don’t be stupid”.

The Russian threats have been given some weight after their campaign of violence – which some suspect may have been sanctioned by the Kremlin.

The Ultras who left two England fans in comas after savage attacks face attempted murder charges if French cops manage to identify them.

Despite their apparent respect for English side Millwall the Russian Ultras embarked on a campaign this tournament to dethrone England as the kings of European hooligans – gloating about their victories online.

There have already been allegations of corruption associated with Russia’s World Cup bid.

But Vladimir Putin has said they won the prestigious tournament fair and Red Square.

Already videos have been posted online of all-girl Russian hooligan groups training for the 2018 tournament.
