VICTORIA Beckham has been showing fans how to have fun in the sun as Britain baked in this weekend's heatwave

The pop star-turned-fashion designer joined millions of Brits by dragging out her paddling pool to make the most of the sunshine.

Victoria even shared a picture of herself standing by the side of the inflatable with a hose as she attempted to fill it up for her kids.

Victoria was hankering for a cocktail in the heatwave

Mum-of-four Victoria flashed her not-so-posh side by posting a picture on Instagram which showed her filling the family's paddling pool.

She proved that she can look glamorous while carrying out the most mundane household tasks.

Victoria was seen wearing a chic black dress, large sunglasses and a tousled hair style as she aimed the water into the pool.

However, she kept it classy-yet-practical by ditching her trademark high heels for a pair of white trainers.

She captioned the image: “What to do in London when it’s hot? ... Set up a jazzy paddling pool for the kids!! #majorhosework #mummypoints X VB”

The star also posted an emoji-filled snap which showed her dreaming of cocktails in a pair of shades.

Victoria captioned the picture: "Sunday in the sun!... Loving my new glasses!!!...

"Surely it's almost time for a cocktail?!?!... #londoninthesun... #sohappy... x VB."

The Beckhams recently returned from a family trip to Los Angeles and Victoria has been busy since returning to the UK.

She gave a talk at the National Portrait Gallery in London on Friday in honour of Vogue magazine’s 100th issue.

Victoria was even featured in an exhibition at the famous gallery as a picture taken of her and husband David was on display.

The snap by Juergen Teller shows the couple lying on the floor, with Victoria showing off her baby bump.

It was taken while the former singer was pregnant with the couple's eldest son Brooklyn, now 17.

The youngster was pictured posing by the photo as he attended the event with his mum.

He uploaded the snap online and wrote: “So proud listening to my mum speak tonight @nationalportraitgallery @britishvogue #vogue100 love this Juergen Teller shot!”

Brooklyn later spent the evening with his Hollywood actress girlfriend, Chloe-Grace Moretz.

The 19-year-old actress is currently staying in London while she films her starring role in upcoming movie The Little Mermaid.

The teen couple became official in the last few weeks as they reconnected following a brief relationship in 2014.

Brooklyn has called Chloe-Grace his 'bae' since their relationship went public

Since then they have barely left each other’s side, and they have been displaying their affection on social media.

In the latest photo from Brooklyn, Chloe sits surrounded by take away food and he refers to her in the caption as his ‘bae’.

Brooklyn, who is a keen photographer, is now teaming up with Madonna’s son Rocco Ritchie as part of a school film project after the pair developed a close friendship and passion for the arts.

Rocco’s father, Guy Ritchie, is already a famed director after his box office gangster smash hits Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
