LEAKED: The first new team for FIFA 17 looks to be confirmed

If we're totally honest, we hadn't heard of Ada Hegerberg until today.

But the Norwegian striker looks like she's accidentally let slip that her national team is to be added for the next FIFA game.

The Lyon forward posted on Instagram a picture of her getting her profiles taken by the EA Sports crew.

She wrote: "Rumour has it that COD also wanted some of the pictures", before hashtagging #FIFA17.

Women's national teams featured for the first time in FIFA 16, with gamers being able to choose from a selection of 12.

It has been widely reported that the number of female teams would rise to 16 for the new game, and with Norway sitting 10th in the FIFA rankings, they seem a safe bet that they'd be included on the game.
