Kurt Zouma posts positive Chelsea injury update

Kurt Zouma has taken to social media to reveal that he is "focused" on returning to action for Chelsea as soon as possible.

Zouma has been ruled out of action for a number of months after suffering the problem during the 1-1 draw with Manchester United in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge on 7 February.

The French defender underwent surgery to correct the problem in Barcelona last month and is now back in London to continue his rehabilitation.

And the 21-year-old appears to be making sure that he keeps a positive mindset as he continues his recover.

Zouma posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Monday afternoon and wrote: "focus"

Chelsea were dumped out of the FA Cup by Everton after a 2-0 defeat at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon.

That loss followed their disappointing Champions League exit at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge last Wednesday night.
