Bollywood stars get to know the Bernabeu

Real Madrid players Gareth Bale, Luka Modric and Karim Benzema welcomed three Bollywood actors to the Santiago Bernabeu this Monday. The actors are currently visiting the Spanish capital which will host the 17th edition of the Indian Film Academy Awards on 24th - 26th June.

Sonakshi Sinha, Anil Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan, stars of Indian cinema, traveled to Madrid and took the opportunity to visit the home of the Whites. They were met at the stadium by Bale, Modric and Benzema. The three footballers acted as host and showed the representatives of the second largest film industry in the world the presidential box and the boardroom, where they posed for photos alongside the 10 European Cups.

Each of the guests received a personalised shirt, signed by the players and they even got to have a kick around out on the pitch.

The Indian Film Academy Awards ceremony changes location every year and this year it will be celebrated from 23rd to 26th June in Madrid to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Spain and the Asian country.

Amsterdam, Dubai, Toronto, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and London are some of the cities to have hosted the Indian 'Oscars' which have been held for the past fifteen years.
