No speedy solution for James

According to online media source 'El Confidencial', one of the biggest news items making the headlines in Madrid at the start of the year, namely James Rodríguez's speeding offence, still remains unresolved. The incident was particularly dramatic as the police patrol were forced to chase the 'Los Blancos' player all the way from Madrid's M-40 ring road right to the Valdebebas training facility.
The report says that the case is still waiting on the assignment of a judge, even though it has been almost two months since the event took place, going on to speculate that the delay may be down to backlogs resulting from the new Zero Paper Plan currently being implemented, which requires all documents since 1st January to be digitised.
