Mathieu Flamini and Mesut Ozil both looked to be relaxed as Arsenal prepare for their Boxing Day Premier League trip to Southampton.

Arsenal have been installed as the favourites to win this season's Premier League title after their impressive 2-1 win over Manchester City on Monday night, with Ozil setting up both goals and Flamini playing the full 90 minutes at Emirates Stadium.

That result left the Gunners in second place in the Premier League table and two points behind leaders Leicester City heading into the hectic Christmas schedule.

And Flamini and Ozil looked to be in a relaxed mood as they prepared for Arsenal's trip to Southampton on Saturday evening.

Flamini posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: "Christmas time. Working from the office. @arsenal #gunners #christmas evening."

Flamini has been filling in for Francis Coquelin in recent weeks, while Ozil has been in top form, notching up 15 Premier League assists for Arsene Wenger's men.

Arsenal take on Southampton on Saturday before hosting Bournemouth at Emirates Stadium on 28 December.
