According to reports in Serbia, the game between Red Star Belgrade and Surdulica set a new all-time record in football for the highest number of lit flares at a game. Red Star fans created an infernal atmosphere in the stands with the light from their flares. You could barely make out the players on the pitch due to the smoke.
