Is Ronaldo struggling to Shayk off his ex's memory?

The woman who stars alongside Cristiano Ronaldo in the advert for his new fragrance, Legacy, is not Irina Shayk, but she sure bears a striking resemblance to the Russian.

During the product's launch event, the Real Madrid star stressed that he felt it was very important for the perfume to smell like a woman, and it seems he was inspired by his ex in his new venture judging by the model he hired for the advertising campaign.

The lady in question, 27-year-old Madalina Ghenea, hails from Romania and is also an actress. She is best known to the general public for having dated the actor Gerard Butler.

We cannot know whether the choice of Ghenea was coincidental or premeditated, but it has certainly set tongues wagging about whether Cristiano has really got over Irina.
