We all know that Jose Mourinho is the ultimate managerial champion and he’s proven it once again.

The Chelsea boss has entered the 2016 Guinness World Records book for several of his managerial achievements.

While most people would be happy with just one record in the infamous book, Mourinho has managed to get four.

And the Portuguese tactician was presented with his four framed records at Chelsea’s training base in Cobham.

One record came during his first spell at Chelsea where Mourinho’s team secured the most points in a Premier League season (95) to win the 2004/05 title.

The same season also saw them concede the fewest goals in a campaign (15), landing Mourinho another record.

He has also set the record for the most Premier League games unbeaten at home in a row (77) across his two stints at the Blues.

Finally, he is the youngest manager to have reached 100 Champions League games at the age of 49 years and 12 days following Real Madrid’s 1-1 draw with Manchester City in 2012.

It’s fair to say that these records will take some breaking and Mourinho seemed pretty chuffed with his achievements.

"The fact that I can hang these awards in my office is nice," he said.

"It’s something fun and, as a kid, you could never imagine that one day you would be in the Guiness World Records book.

He really is the Special One

"I’m now more focused on winning the next game than on what I’ve done in the last 10 or 15 years."

Congratulations, Jose.
