David Beckham sells his Madrid mansion

After hanging onto it for all these years since leaving Real Madrid, David Beckham has finally sold his luxurious mansion in Madrid for nearly 6 million euros.
As the years went by, the ex-Real player realized that he spent less and less time in the Spanish capital and that when he did he normally stayed in hotels, as the house was not in the necessary conditions for living in after so long uninhabited. The Englishman finally decided to get rid.
The mansion, situated in the exclusive residential area of La Moraleja, has been sold to a Madrilenian businessman that made Beckham the offer.
The ex-Real man bought the property for 4.5 million euros when he arrived in Madrid and has therefore made a tidy profit of nearly a million and a half Euros.
The five-bedroomed mansion has grounds of 8,000 m2 and has both inside and outside swimming pools, a tennis court, a recreation area and even a mini-sized football pitch. At present, the Beckham family live in London, but they also have residences in California, France and Dubai.
