Ander Herrera is still feeling the effects of his first Premier League season as the Manchester United midfielder continued to recover his energy on holiday.

The 25-year-old playmaker is currently on his summer holidays after the United midfielder returned to his native Spain last week.

Herrera has certainly been making the most of his holiday, though, after he returned to his old school before the Spain international enjoyed a dip in the sea with a friend.

But the United midfielder appeared to be finally relaxing on a sailing boat on Sunday afternoon as Hererra soaked up the rays.

Herrera posted the above photo and he wrote on his Instagram page: “Recovering energy…”

Herrera scored six goals and made four assists in 26 Premier League appearances during his first season at Old Trafford.

The United midfielder completed a reported £27m move to Athletic Bilbao last summer after months of speculation.
