Benitez pays Bale a visit

Rafa Benitez travelled to Cardiff to run the rule over Gareth Bale's performance in the crucial Wales-Belgium Euros qualifier.
The Real Madrid coach made the most of the trip to drop in on the Welsh camp, greet Bale and briefly discuss plans for next season.
All the signs are that the former Valencia, Liverpool, Inter and Napoli boss intends to field Bale in his favoured position on the left flank. The Welsh wizard has spent his entire Real Madrid career to date operating on the right, with Carlo Ancelotti unwilling to dislodge Cristiano Ronaldo from the left over the last two years.
