Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain made the most of his absence from the England squad by soaking up some sun while on holiday.
The Arsenal midfielder shared a picture of himself relaxing on holiday a week after helping the Gunners retain their FA Cup title with a 4-0 win over Aston Villa at Wembley.
The 21-year-old midfielder struggled with injuries for Arsene Wenger’s men this season and was left out of the England team for the games against the Republic of Ireland and Slovenia.
However, the Gunners man appeared to be enjoying himself during his downtime as he posted the picture above on his Instagram account on Sunday afternoon.
Oxlade-Chamberlain was limited to just 17 Premier League starts for Arsenal this season as Wenger’s men ended up in third place in the table.
He scored three goals and made three assists for the north London side in all competitions and made three appearances in the FA Cup.
