Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has flatly denied the controversial story that ex-goalkeeper Dudek relates in his book.
Jerzy Dudek assured in his book that Mourinho, when he was managing Real Madrid, had a heated argument with Granero. According to the Pole's version of events, the Portuguese accused the player of being the grass of the dressing room, calling him "a rat".
"Don't make me laugh. Dudek really said that? Granero is a great professional and a lifelong friend of mine", assured an amazed Mourinho. "What do you say the book is about? About training goalkeepers? And what is he out to do, transmit his experience to the children that are dreaming of being goalkeepers?", he asked.
"Griezmann is a great forward, but he is not one of our objectives to reinforce the squad for the coming season. We're not interested", he said when asked if Chelsea would be making a bid for the Atlético player.
Regarding the Champions League final, he said, "I hope that it's a great game. It will be very exciting because the victors, apart from winning the Champions League, will also win the treble and that means making history. The favourites? The team that have Messi are always the favourites, but Juventus are also a great team."
