Oscar's sister got a picture with Eden Hazard after Chelsea's win v Man United

Oscar's 19-year-old sister, Gabrieli Emboaba, uploaded an eye catching picture onto her Instagram account on Saturday night following Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United.
Gabrieli Emboaba was at Stamford Bridge to watch Eden Hazard score the lone goal as Chelsea inched closer to wrapping up the 2014-15 Premier League title race.
After the game, Oscar's youngster sister managed to catch up with Hazard in the Stamford Bridge parking lot, where she snagged a picture alongside the match-winning Belgian international.
Of course, Gabrieli Emboaba is no stranger to having her Instagram pictures shared around the internet, as back in December 2014 she posed in a 'sexy' snap alongside Oscar and his wife Ludmila.
