Bayern Munich's manager, the incredible Pep Guardiola, inspired his team to a 'ripper' of a performance with his energetic sideline antics.
The manager ended up with ripped trousers after an intense game between Bayern and Porto in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-finals.
Despite his team being 5-0 up after 40 minutes in Munich, and Pep basically having the tie in his pocket, he still couldn't stop running around, gesticulating and barking instructions to his disciples. The result: ripped trousers that sent him back to the dugout after an hour of play.
