Ex-Osasuna president Miguel Archanco has been remanded with bail set at 500,000, while former club director Txema Peralta has been jailed with no bail.
This was the ruling issued on Saturday lunchtime by Judge Fermín Otamendi, who is overseeing the case looking into match-fixing and alleged embezzlement of around 2.4 million that disappeared from Osasuna's coffers.
The decision will be welcomed by the Spanish Professional Football League (LFP), which originally brought the match-fixing charges and reiterated its call for provisional measures to be taken in court on Saturday.
Archanco and Peralta both continued to answer questions prior to the judge's ruling, having spent the night in prison. Four other club officials, past and present, who had been arrested were released on Friday evening, though they have not been acquitted.
This quartet includes Angel Vizcay, the man who lifted the lid on the alleged match-fixing to the LFP, who has been ordered to appear before the court once a fortnight as a condition of his release.
