Cesc Fabregas, Cesar Azpilicueta and Eden Hazard were all smiles as they posed for an obligatory photo with the League Cup after Sunday’s final win over Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.

Captain John Terry fired the Premier League leaders ahead when Spurs failed to clear a corner on the stroke of half-time.

The west London side then doubled their lead in the 56th minute when Kyle Walker diverted Diego Costa’s shot into his own net.

The win marked Jose Mourinho’s seventh trophy during his two spells at Stamford Bridge as the Blues continue to vie for Champions League and Premier League glory this season.

And the Blues trio looked thrilled as they posed for a snap with their new trophy in the Wembley dressing room after the game.

Fabregas uploaded the picture above onto his Instagram account and wrote: “CHAMPIONS!!!!!”

Chelsea are back in action in the Premier League on Wednesday night when they travel to West Ham United.
