"Great result at the Veltins-Arena, we really stitched them up!! Go Madrid!!", wrote a Real Madrid player on Twitter after the match against Schalke 04.
The fact is that the Real Madrid defender, Dani Carvajal, was unable to finish the match in Germany.
The full-back was replaced by Arbeloa in the second half. After the match, the player posted this photo on his Instagram account making a joke of his injury.
Carvajal was fresh from the treatment room and it looks like the injury might keep him out of Real Madrid's match this weekend against Elche.
