Ansaldi ends up at the police station

Cristian Ansaldi was unable to watch his side's cup tie against Barcelona at the Vicente Calderón after getting arrested by police on his way to the ground.

The Argentine was asked by the police to show documentation when in his car in the area just outside the stadium. Unfortunately he did not have the required documents with him.

The Atlético star went so far as to fire insults at the policemen. He shut his car door in order to leave, catching the hand of one of the officers in the process, which is why he was arrested.

Ansaldi was taken to Arganzuela police station in Madrid.
