Cristiano Ronaldo took to social media to say sorry for losing his head during the Cordoba clash.

"I'd like to apologise to everyone, and especially Edimar, for my rash actions during today's match", he posted. CR7 was also guilty of aiming a blow at Jose Angel Crespo shortly before he was eventually sent off.
