Harry scores! 1D heartthrob scores off the pitch more than on it

IT’S no secret that Harry Styles is good with the ladies – just ask Kendall Jenner, Taylor Swift et al.

But according to his former football coach, the 1D heartthrob has been a charmer with women since the tender age of six.

But Drogba and Rooney needn’t worry just yet – because while Hazza succeeded with the girls, he was a flop when it came to footie.

Chris Rogers, who founded Harry’s childhood football team, the Holmes Chapel Hurricanes, told us:

"Even as a six-year-old, Harry was a charmer – he’s phenomenal with girls.

"He wasn’t the greatest footballer, though. The day I put him in goal we went on to lose the game 8 – 0,”

Chris continued. “He was a very last minute positional replacement. My goalkeeper had let me down and Harry was always willing, he’d always say, ‘Yeah, I’ll do that, no problem’ and step in.

"He was a real card, always one for a quip – certainly at half-time when I got the boys around and we were having our talk, he was always so quick.

"Harry was well worth having in the squad for his contribution in that respect,” continued Chris.

"He was very much a team player and would play wherever I put him, but he wasn’t naturally gifted at football.

"We would often have conversations about him getting better but it just wasn’t him. Even at that stage I think he was protecting his looks.

"I’d have players who’d go in tough with the tackle and win challenges.

"Harry would run a mile from one of those, he’s not the most overly physical lad.

But he made up for it with his charm. He’s always been one with the girls.”

And luckily Harry is also more gifted when it comes to singing, and the One Direction lads look set to clean up when the BRIT Award nominations are announced later today.

Probably best you stick to singing and womanising, eh Hazza?
