Diego Simeone hugged a young boy wearing a ball boy bib after his side opened the scoring. But who was that young boy?
It was no other than his very own little boy Giuliano, who is a ball boy at the Vicente Calderón.
Giuliano celebrated Giménez's header to make it 2-0 with equal fervour to the delight of his father.
It is a common sight to see Giuliano in his old man's company at training and even at player meetings. Nobody can be surprised that Simeone's passion for football has been transmitted to the next generation.
