Arsene Wenger is keeping tabs on Hull left-back Andrew Robertson ahead of a potential £10m move.

Scotland international Robertson has impressed for the Tigers since joining for £2.85m from Dundee United in the summer.

The Sun believes Arsenal are monitoring his form with a view to a potential switch, which would cap off an incredible rise to the top for the youngster.

The Glasgow-born defender was released by Celtic aged 15 and joined Scottish minnows Queen's Park before earning a move to Dundee United in 2013.

Robertson's displays for Jackie McNamara's side caught the attention of Steve Bruce and Scotland boss Gordon Strachan.

Hull boss Bruce has been full of praise for the 20-year-old following his impressive start to life in the Premier League.

He said: "Andrew has totally and utterly shocked me with his ability to play at the highest level."

"We'll make sure we keep his feet on the ground because he's a fantastic talent. He's a humble lad who just wants to play football and that's quite refreshing these days."

"All this nonsense that we're not producing players, sometimes they need a stage to play on."

"The people I employ to go and watch all these games in Scotland need a pat on the back because you've got to get value for money."

"I think it would be unfair to compare Andrew to anyone but, if he keeps improving - which he will - he'll fill out and get bigger and quicker. He's as quick as I've seen any full-back. He can only get better."

The Gunners yesterday drew 2-2 with Hull at the Emirates Stadium to pile more pressure on Wenger.
