It should come as little surprise that Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Wesley Sneijder as the Dutchman seriously turned on the style and scored two unbelievable goals to help Galatasaray beat Fenerbahce 2-1 on Saturday night.
It has recently been revealed that the Turkish giants have not paid their star man his wages for three months, with strong suggestions that he is considering walking out on the club and Old Trafford mooted as a potential destination.
United have struggled to find a long-term replacement for Paul Scholes, ever since the playmaker retired, and with Sneijder showing such outstanding form that search could well be over.
